Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts | Monday–Thursday | 7:20 AM – 5:50 PM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services across both inpatient and outpatient settings, with travel between two facilities (approximately 23 miles apart) as part of the daily schedule
• Deliver acute care PT services in the morning at the primary facility, then transition to an outpatient setting in the afternoon for coverage
• Float between units based on patient census and departmental needs
• Maintain expected patient ratios of approximately 1:5–10
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Adhere to scheduling commitments, including holiday coverage expectations (must be available to work 3 of 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day)

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington State Physical Therapist license required ; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience required
• Ability to work in both inpatient (acute care) and outpatient settings
• Willingness and ability to travel between two facility locations as part of the daily assignment
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a critical access hospital setting
• Familiarity with Epic charting system
• Experience working in both acute care and outpatient rehabilitation environments
